Meet Laura Fish: Director of Marketing
Laura Fish is a seasoned marketing and advertising executive with over 25 years of experience developing and executing strategic campaigns across diverse industries and international markets. As Director of Advertising at Affinity Advisory Network for more than a decade, she has led the firm’s advertising strategy with a focus on compelling storytelling that empowers families and business owners to secure their financial futures and build lasting legacies.
Laura’s expertise spans branding, direct response, B2B, and co-op marketing. Throughout her career, she has managed large-scale media plans and led cross-functional creative teams—including copywriters, designers, developers, media buyers, and data specialists—on campaigns supported by advertising budgets exceeding $100 million annually. Under her strategic leadership, previous campaigns have achieved exceptional performance benchmarks, including generating a sale every 28 seconds.
Renowned for her results-driven approach and strategic vision, Laura is equally passionate about the negotiation process—whether securing placements in local newspapers, national publications, broadcast media, or coordinating multi-million-piece direct mail campaigns. Her ability to combine analytical insight with creative execution has made her a trusted leader in the marketing and advertising space.
In her spare time, Laura serves as Vice Regent of her local Daughters of the American Revolution, focusing on Veterans issues, and spending time with her family. A graduate of the University of Mount Union, she did graduate work at Malone University.

I’m a leader in the life insurance and financial services industry with over a decade of experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing teams.
Since entering the industry in 2013, I’ve earned top honors including Presidents Club and Corporate Recruiting Awards, along with recognition at the highest levels of production and leadership. As a State General Agent, I’ve recruited, trained, and developed thousands of agents—many of whom have gone on to become top producers and leaders.
I’ve also served at the corporate level as a National Sales Director, giving me a unique perspective on both field execution and organizational strategy. From frontline production to executive leadership, I understand what it takes to build and scale a high-performance organization.
Today, I focus on developing elite agents and helping families make smarter financial decisions through strategic protection and estate planning. I specialize in building scalable systems for recruiting, training, and client acquisition.
